The LGPD grants individuals rights concerning their personal data. Responses depend on identifying the controller, validating the request and applicable legal grounds.
Rights under the LGPD
Where applicable, you may request confirmation of processing and access; correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; anonymization, blocking or deletion where legally available; information about sharing; portability under applicable rules; review of exclusively automated decisions, if any; and withdrawal of consent where consent is the applicable basis.
How to submit a request
Email contato@thebrokerscommodities.com with the subject “Privacy — data-subject request”. Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information to locate the interaction. Do not include passwords, bank details or full identity-document copies unless a secure, justified request is made. The company must confirm this is the correct channel before official publication.
Verification and timing
To protect other people’s information, identity and authority may need verification. Response timing and required information follow applicable law; if a request cannot be fully met, the response should explain why and identify the relevant basis.
Complaint to the authority
Where appropriate, you may submit a complaint to Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies provided by law.
