This page describes the independent preview. When submitted, form fields and selected files are processed and stored by Netlify Forms. An email notification for the team will be configured in the Netlify project dashboard and, once enabled, will be sent to contato@thebrokerscommodities.com with links to uploaded files. Confirmation appears on the page; no automatic email is sent to visitors. This preview is not integrated with Wix Forms/CRM.
Who is responsible
The responsible company’s complete legal identity and a dedicated privacy contact still need confirmation before publication. The current website lists contato@thebrokerscommodities.com for general inquiries; confirm whether it should receive data-subject requests.
Information handled in this preview
When you submit the form, entered fields and up to three files (one per field, 8 MB total limit) are transmitted to and stored by Netlify Forms for the project. After the dashboard notification is configured, the commercial team will receive an email at contato@thebrokerscommodities.com with links to uploaded files. This preview does not use Wix Forms/CRM. Do not send identity documents, credentials or bank details.
Purposes and lawful bases
In this preview, form data is used only so you can review a commercial inquiry. A production version must identify and document its purposes, appropriate lawful bases, processing roles and actual data flows under the LGPD and other applicable laws.
Third-party services and transfers
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, email applications and other sites open independent services subject to those providers’ notices and practices. Form data and attachments are processed by Netlify Forms when submitted. Netlify may process this information under its terms and privacy statement; the company should review any international transfers before final publication. Where the browser allows, Vimeo automatically loads the muted, looping background video before a preference is chosen and may receive technical connection data. “Essential only” stops the player and blocks future loads in this browser; the choice is stored locally for up to 180 days.
Retention and security
Submissions and uploaded files are stored in Netlify Forms and can be accessed through the project’s Forms dashboard. This version does not define a separate retention period; the company should set an appropriate period and manage deletion or export in line with its obligations and Netlify’s current terms. Cookie preferences remain in local browser storage for up to 180 days; technical hosting logs follow the provider’s rules. Do not send identity documents, credentials or bank details.
Your rights
Under applicable law, including the LGPD where relevant, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, objection or other available rights. The company’s request channel and process must be confirmed before publication. See Data Rights.
Updates
This draft may change during development. The final version should state its effective date, the controller’s legal identity, a contact channel and the practices of the platform actually published.
